Shipping Policy

If you want your order to be printed and shipped to you on the same day, the product must be ordered by 11 am local time.

Same day order shipping is valid for small amount orders. (Max 250 inches)

If you have a large amount of order, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can deliver it on the same day.

Please note that these shipping times do not apply to every product. Such as, dtf printer, dtf supplies e.t.c.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us we will do our best for you.

Unforeseen circumstances may occur during delivery, such as carrier delays, weather issues, and other shipping service issues. We cannot be held responsible for these situations, but we will do our best to assist you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs

Return Policy

Custom orders, custom designs/prints, digital downloads, DTF transfers and UV stickers and any printed transfers cannot be returned or refunded.

We are unable to offer post-printing refunds or     exchanges.Please follow all guidlines to ensure good print quality.

You can request a return within 30 days from purchased date. 

Return is not acceptable in these cases:

1. If DTF and UV supplies have been used, returns are not accepted. Returned items must be in undamaged, resalable condition with original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.

2. Similarly, if purchased machines and printers have been used, returns are not accepted. Service can be provided except for errors caused by use.

3. Damaged or defective products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For this, please contact us in advance. (info@fastdtfatlanta.com)

We are not responsible for lost shipments. For your protection, we recommend sending returns with delivery confirmation and insurance.

• Please allow up to 7  business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
